By accessing and using the LiberTea Coin (LTEA) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website, services, and products. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform. LTEA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use our platform, you are required to register an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security, you must notify us immediately. LTEA will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account. Additionally, users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register and participate on the platform.
3. User Conduct and Obligations
By using our platform, you agree to abide by all local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all actions and content you post or submit while using our services. Engaging in unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive behavior, including spamming, hacking, or attempting to interfere with the platform’s functionality, is strictly prohibited. LTEA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or participates in any activities that undermine the integrity of the platform or harm other users.
4. Participation in Events and Competitions
Users may participate in various gaming events, competitions, and challenges hosted on the LTEA platform. Each event may have its own specific rules, entry requirements, and rewards structure. By entering any event, you agree to comply with the event rules and guidelines. LTEA is not responsible for technical difficulties, lag, or issues related to third-party services (such as gaming consoles or APIs) that may affect your ability to participate or win. Event results are final, and rewards will be distributed based on the official results determined by LTEA. For certain trophy-based events, winners will be verified using the PlayStation API or other integrated gaming services.
5. Rewards, Tokens, and Payment
As part of your participation in events, you may earn LTEA tokens, which can be used for various purposes within the platform, such as entering tournaments, promoting content, or participating in community challenges. These tokens have no inherent monetary value and are subject to fluctuations based on market conditions. Users can also trade or convert their LTEA tokens on approved third-party platforms, but LTEA does not guarantee the liquidity or stability of these tokens. All entry fees for events are non-refundable, and it is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient tokens in your wallet before entering any event. Failure to adhere to the event’s requirements will result in forfeiture of the entry fee without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
LTEA provides its platform and services on an 'as is' and as 'available basis'. While we strive to offer a seamless and enjoyable experience, we make no guarantees regarding the performance, accuracy, or reliability of our services. LTEA disclaims any liability for damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to disruptions caused by external factors like network issues, third-party APIs, or user errors. In no event will LTEA be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the platform and participation in any events.
